Psalms 90:3-10

3 You ^aturn man back into dust
And say, “Return, O children of men.”
4 For ^ba thousand years in Your sight
Are like ^cyesterday when it passes by,
^{▼▼ Or And}Or as a ^ewatch in the night.
5 You ^fhave ^{▼▼ Or flooded}swept them away like a flood, they ^{▼▼ Lit become asleep
,} ⁱfall asleep;
In the morning they are like ^jgrass which ^{▼▼ Or passes away}sprouts anew.
6 In the morning it ^lflourishes and ^{▼▼ Or passes away}sprouts anew;
Toward evening it ⁿfades and ^owithers away.

7 For we have been ^pconsumed by Your anger
And by Your wrath we have been ^{▼▼ Or terrified}dismayed.
8 You have ^rplaced our iniquities before You,
Our ^ssecret sins in the light of Your presence.
9 For ^tall our days have declined in Your fury;
We have finished our years like a ^{▼▼ Or whisper}sigh.
10 As for the days of our ^{▼▼ Lit years}life, ^{▼▼ Lit in them are}they contain seventy years,
Or if due to strength, ^xeighty years,
Yet their pride is but ^ylabor and sorrow;
For soon it is gone and we ^zfly away.
