Psalms 90:3-10

3You aturn man back into dust
And say, “Return, O children of men.”
4For ba thousand years in Your sight
Are like cyesterday when it passes by,
Or And
Or as a ewatch in the night.
5You fhave
Or flooded
swept them away like a flood, they
Lit become asleep
,
ifall asleep;
In the morning they are like jgrass which
Or passes away
sprouts anew.
6In the morning it lflourishes and
Or passes away
sprouts anew;
Toward evening it nfades and owithers away.

7For we have been pconsumed by Your anger
And by Your wrath we have been
Or terrified
dismayed.
8You have rplaced our iniquities before You,
Our ssecret sins in the light of Your presence.
9For tall our days have declined in Your fury;
We have finished our years like a
Or whisper
sigh.
10As for the days of our
Lit years
life,
Lit in them are
they contain seventy years,
Or if due to strength, xeighty years,
Yet their pride is but ylabor and sorrow;
For soon it is gone and we zfly away.
